Edit Student Document

ADMINISTRATION -> Students -> Student -> Edit Student Document


This screen is used to edit the properties of a document attached to a student record.

  • Visibility To Student: is either "Hidden", meaning the document is not visible from the student portal, or "Visible", meaning the document is accessible to the student from the student portal. This field is only visible if the document's source is "Institution".
  • Source: is either "Institution", meaning the document was originally uploaded by the institution, or "Student", meaning the document was originally uploaded by the student.
  • Document Name Name of the document.
  • Ext. File extension of the document if applicable.
  • Web Address: Address of the document on the web if applicable.
  • Click to modify the document's title or web address, or to upload new content.
