Class Instructor Edit Form

This form is used to assign an instructor to a class.

  • Instructor: name of the instructor. Click to the right to select an instructor from the staff.
  • Primary Instructor: "Yes" if this is the primary instructor of the class, "No" otherwise. Only one instructor can be marked as primary, setting an instructor as primary will reset any other instructor who was previously marked as primary.
  • Records Final Grades: "Yes" if the instructor is allowed to record the student final grades, "No" otherwise. The default value is determined by the setting of Instructors Record Final Grades by Default in the My Institution form in Setup.
  • Records Attendance: "Yes" if the instructor is allowed to attendance, "No" otherwise. The default value is determined by the setting of Instructors Record Attendance by Default in the My Institution form in Setup.
