Program View Form

This form lets you view and edit the details of a program of study, including its specializations and requirements. The form has 4 pages: Details, Specializations, Requirements and Students.

Details

This page displays the basic information of the program. See Program Edit Form for a description of each field.

Click on the lower right to edit this information via the Program Edit Form.

Specializations

This page lists the different specializations available in the program (students enrolled in the program can then also be enrolled is one or more specializations of the program: see the Program Enrollment Edit Form help topic.) Each tile shows:

  • The name of the specialization
  • The active or inactive status of the specialization.

Click on the lower right to add a new specialization via the Program Specialization Edit Form.

Click on a tile to edit its information via the Program Specialization Edit Form.

Requirements

This page is the curriculum of the program of study: it lists the requirements students must fulfill to complete the program. This information enables College Office to automatically match the courses a student has passed or transferred in order to generate the Student Programs Progress Report in Reports which lets the registrar or the student see the requirements the student has already fulfilled and those they still need to fulfill.

Each tile shows:

  • the order of the term when the requirement should be fulfilled.
  • the course or subject of the requirement.
  • the level range for the courses of the subject if applicable.
  • the number of credits of the requirement.
  • the specialization to which the requirement applies if applicable.

Click on a tile to edit the requirement via the Program Requirement Edit Form.

Students

This page displays all the students enrolled in the program.
Each tile shows:

  • Student name
  • Graduation is applicable
  • Student status in the program if applicable

Click on a tile to edit the student enrollment in the program via the Program Enrollment Edit Form.

Click on the lower right to filter the list of students by name, ID, graduation or status.
