Transactions

This page lets you view and record financial transactions for any person.

The upper section of the form lets you filter transactions by type (Charge, Credit, Payment or Refund), by the date when the transaction was posted, or by the person's name or ID.

Click on the lower right to add a new charge, payment, credit or refund. Select the type and record the transaction details via the Transaction Edit Form.

Click on a tile to edit a transaction via the Transaction Edit Form.

Tip: You may also view and record financial transactions for a specific student under the Transactions pages of their Admission or Term Enrollment forms.
