This form is used to manage classes of any academic term. Classes of a specific academic term can be managed via the Classes page of the Term View Form.

The form lists all the classes taught in your institution. Each tile shows:

  • Class course code and section
  • Class size (number of students enrolled) / Class seats (number of seats in the class.)
  • Academic term
  • Course title.

Click on the lower right to add a new class. The first step is to select a term (only open terms are listed by default, but you can list closed terms too), then a course from the list of active courses, and finally to record the remaining class details via the Class Edit Form.

Click on the lower right to filter the list of classes by academic term, course, campus or delivery method.

Click on a tile to view all the information pertaining to the class via the Class View Form.
