Statuses...

College Office lets you define custom statuses to represent the state of a student in an admission process, a program of study, a term or a class.

To define your custom statuses go to Setup -> Statuses



  • Student Admission Statuses let you record the status of a student admission record, for example: Applied, In Process, Accepted, Rejected, etc...
  • Student Term Statuses let you record the status of a student in an academic term, for example: Auditor, Probation, Suspension, Failing, Academic Monitoring, etc..
  • Student Program Statuses let you record the status of a student in a program of study, for example: Accepted, Academic Monitoring, Probation, May Continue, May not Continue, etc...
  • Student Class Statuses let you record the status of a student in a class, for example: Waiting List, Failing, Probation, etc...
  • High School Graduation Statuses are used to record the High School graduation status of a student, for example: High School Degree, GED Degree, Did not Graduate, etc...
